Common questions

How do I play?

Every arrow points the way out. Tap an arrow and it slides along its path and off the board, unless another arrow is in the way. Clear the whole board. Undo is always free, and every level has a solution.

I bought Remove All Ads. How do I get it on a new or reset phone?

Open Settings in the game and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account (iPhone) or Google account (Android) you bought it with. You never pay twice.

What does Remove All Ads do?

It removes every ad, including the ones you would watch for a reward. Hints, extra hearts, extra time and double coins are given straight away instead. It is a single payment, not a subscription.

When do ads appear?

Only when you tap a button that offers a reward for watching one. There are no ads between levels and no banners. Skipping an ad never costs you anything.

Does the game need the internet?

No. Every level plays offline. Ads and purchases need a connection.

Where is my progress saved?

On your phone only; there is no account. Deleting the app deletes your progress. Moving to a new phone by restoring a full device backup usually brings it along. To start over, use Reset all progressat the bottom of Settings.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, the UK and some US states), Settings in the game shows Privacy choices. On iPhone you can also change tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. See the privacy policy for details.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by the store. On iPhone, request one atreportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use your Google Play order history. Email us if you get stuck.
