Privacy Policy
Effective 19 October 2026
Arrow Kingdom is a puzzle game for iPhone and Android, made by Topsol. This policy explains what information the game handles and why. The short version: the game has no accounts, keeps your progress on your device, and shows ads from Google AdMob only when you choose to watch one. Google collects some device data to serve and measure those ads.
Information kept on your device
Your level progress, crowns, coins, Daily Crown results and streak, and your settings (appearance, sound, haptics, accessibility) are stored only on your device. We do not receive them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Advertising
The game is free. It shows a rewarded ad only when you tap a button that offers one, for example for a hint or an extra heart. There are no banner ads and no ads between levels. The ads come from Google AdMob. To show, limit, measure and protect ads against fraud, Google may collect:
- your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iPhone, Advertising ID on Android), where you allow it;
- your IP address, from which an approximate location is derived;
- information about the ads you see and tap, and how the app is used around them;
- diagnostic information such as crashes and performance of the ad software.
Google processes this under its own policy:How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
If you buy Remove All Ads, the game stops loading and showing ads, and every reward is given without one.
Your choices
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before any personalised ads, using Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time from the game's Settings › Privacy choices.
- In US states with privacy laws, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising from the game's Settings › Privacy choices.
- On iPhone, the first time you choose to watch an ad, the game asks for permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. It never asks before then. If you decline, your advertising identifier is not shared and ads are not personalised using it. You can change this in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Settings › Privacy › Ads.
- If you decline, you can still watch ads for rewards; they will be less relevant to you.
Purchases
Any in-app purchase is processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment details. The game receives only a confirmation that a purchase was made, so it can unlock it.
Sharing your results
When you share a Daily Crown card, you choose the app it goes to, and it contains only your result.
Children
Arrow Kingdom is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
Sale of information
We do not sell personal information, and we share none ourselves. Data collected by Google AdMob is described above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising. Because we hold no personal information ourselves, most requests are handled by the controls above or by Google. Contact us for anything else.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
